Dating back to the 19th century, the property has been carefully restored, retaining original features such as cast-iron handrails along the central staircase, floor mosaics, stone and wooden staircases, and decorative ceiling paintings in the bedrooms. The accommodation comprises four double bedrooms in the main house, plus three independent units. Additional features include a sauna, conference room, garage, professional kitchen and barbecue. Amenities within the house include air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system.

The beautiful terraced gardens surrounding the house are typical of Dubrovnik. The property can be accessed via the main gate or through a spacious garage with four parking spaces and a lift leading up to the conference room two levels above. From the main gate, five green terraces unfold on either side of the central stone staircase that leads to the main house. The terraces are filled with typical Mediterranean plants such as citrus trees, loquat, pomegranate and lavender, as well as herb gardens. There is also a private swimming pool (7.30 m x 3.65 m, depth 1.4 m) with a surrounding terrace, and a bocce court.
