Guests here will enjoy stunning views of romantic Lokrum Island, the City Walls and the famous Old City Harbour from every public room, terrace, balcony and bedroom suite, including sea view bathrooms. The concierge service at the villa can arrange sightseeing tours of Dubrovnik or day tours to surrounding areas, boat trips, yacht charters, limousine service and car rentals.

The villa is surrounded by cypress trees and a shady garden filled with Mediterranean plants. The swimming pool ,with Jacuzzi, is surrounded by spacious terraces, ideal for entertaining. Sun terraces are furnished with plush wicker lounge chairs and teak tables from which sea views and garden fragrances can be enjoyed. On the uppermost level of the property is a ‘Glorijet’, a terrace covered with a traditional red tile roof, providing an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, and ideal for parties, barbecues, cocktails, gala dinners or informal lunches. Breakfast can also be served here on request while guests enjoy a morning swim in the pool, or just relax and take in the spectacular view. This Dubrovnik holiday villa also has a small traditional Tavern, where Mediterranean and local specialties can be prepared or Dalmatian cooking lessons can be arranged on request.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are luxuriously equipped with high quality linen, hairdryer, bathrobes and towels. A glass elevator enables easy access to each suite and, to guarantee privacy, can be programmed to access each floor separately. Further amenities include individually controlled air conditioning and heating, satellite TV in every room, stereo system, DVD player, alarm system, computer and wi-fi internet access. There is well stocked library, newspapers delivered daily (on request) and a wine cellar with an extensive wine selection (charged by consumption).
