Entrance from the car park is into a large foyer with marble staircase and an open double volume space spreading over the two levels. A few steps from the foyer is an office, and also an equipped fitness room. The lower level of this luxury holiday villa rental near Dubrovnik comprises a living room with large TV and a well equipped kitchen with a custom-made dining table seating 12 people. There is an adjacent shaded terrace, with outdoor dining table, also seating 12. There are five double bedrooms, sleeping 10 guests, and five bathrooms, two with Jacuzzi baths. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on a pull-out sofa.

From the living room of this luxury vacation villa to rent in Croatia, there’s access to the expansive terraces, furnished with B&B Italia furniture, and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee, or evening glass of wine.  There is also an infinity swimming pool with wonderful sea views.
