Discover Costa Del Sol
Once a small fishing village, Marbella is now one of the Mediterranean's top tourist destinations. It is serviced by Malaga Airport, about a 30 minute drive away. Although a modern town, Marbella’s history dates back to 1600 BC, evidence of which can be seen in its ‘old town’ with its Moorish castle and famous Orange Square. Nearby Puerto Banus, with its super yachts, designer shops and fine dining restaurants, is accessed via the Golden Mile (actually a stretch of four miles) which is lined with some of the most luxurious residences in Marbella, and several famous hotels, including the Hotel Marbella Club.
Our luxury villas to rent in Costa Del Sol include three stunning, large villas with extensive grounds, just a few minutes drive from Marbella centre. From their elevated position there are stunning views over the Mediterranean sea. Another luxury villa to rent is in the hills behind the resort town of Estepona, also with wonderful sea views. We also feature a spacious, modern Marbella luxury villa rental on the Monte Mayor Country Club estate, with golf course, at over 800 feet above sea level, nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja Mountains about 15 - 20 minutes drive from Marbella.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our Costa del Sol portfolio spans contemporary villas such as Villa El Rincon with private pools above the Marbella Golden Mile, discreet gated residences in the hills of La Zagaleta and El Madroñal like Villa Naranjo, and elegant frontline apartments overlooking the marina at Puerto Banús – each personally vetted and supported by our full concierge service.
The Costa del Sol is a driving coast, and a private vehicle is essential for making the most of it. A private driver is invaluable for evening dining, resort transfers, and excursions into the hills. We work with a small number of trusted, discreet drivers and can arrange dedicated transport for the duration of your stay.
Málaga Airport is exceptionally well positioned – Marbella is around forty-five minutes, Estepona just over an hour, and Sotogrande approximately ninety minutes depending on traffic. A pre-arranged private transfer is the most seamless arrival experience – let us organise this ahead of your trip.
Marbella’s old town is one of the most underrated historic centres on the southern coast, with its Plaza de los Naranjos rewarding an unhurried morning away from the beach clubs. Estepona has quietly emerged as the more considered alternative – genuine fishing town character, excellent local restaurants, and a slower pace. Ronda, forty minutes inland, offers sharp contrast and is worth building into any stay.
Ronda’s eighteenth-century Puente Nuevo bridge spanning a vertiginous gorge is as striking in person as in photographs, and the old town on either side repays a full afternoon. Málaga itself – birthplace of Picasso and home to a serious contemporary arts scene – is well worth the drive east along the coast.
Ronda is the essential inland excursion, best reached via the mountain road from San Pedro for the scenery. Gibraltar is under an hour from Estepona and offers a genuinely singular experience. Málaga rewards a dedicated day: the Picasso Museum, the Pompidou’s southern outpost, and the revitalised port district make it one of the most culturally rich cities in Andalusia. We can arrange private drivers and tailored itineraries for any of these.
Estepona’s old town offers honest Andalusian cooking without the Golden Mile premium – the tapas bars around Plaza de las Flores are the best starting point. The chiringuitos between Torremolinos and Calahonda remain the benchmark for seafood, with sardines grilled over open fires one of the coast’s defining experiences. For a more considered evening, Skina in Marbella’s old town delivers a compact, precise tasting menu rooted in Andalusian produce.
