Situated in the picturesque village of Temple Guiting, the Temple Guiting Estate with its luxury houses to rent in the Cotswolds is set in approximately 14.5 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds. The accommodation on the estate is in five separate properties: the 5 bedroom 15th Century Manor House, the luxuriously converted 5 bedroom Barn and 1 bedroom Peacock Shed, plus a 3 bedroom Granary, and the 1 bedroom Cow Byre. Rental of the Estate sleeps up to 32 in 16 bedrooms, plus 5 children on extra sofa beds).

Outdoor facilities at the luxury rental property in the Cotswolds include an all-weather astro-turf tennis court, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a hot tub at both the Manor and the Barn, as well as a boating lake. The lake is now available with paddle boards and rowing boats, and guests can also go swimming in the lake. The property also offers table tennis, table football, a full movie and sound system, and a Weber charcoal barbecue. Each property is beautifully decorated and furnished, with plenty of home comforts, including luxury bed linen, towels and robes, and bathroom amenities.  Just minutes from the Estate guests can enjoy a state-of-the-art WaterRower gym, pilates/yoga studio, private dining room/meeting space and also a treatment room available to residents.

The large walled gardens overlook the River Windrush, the gentle rolling fields and the Manor’s small lake. The property owns a shop and café, The Pantry, just a 2 minute walk away in the village, where guests can enjoy coffee, or a meal, as well as a range of beautiful products, including homewares, gifts and wine. Extra services offered at the luxury property to rent in the Cotswolds, include catering, and cots and highchairs, if required. The Estate can also host small wedding receptions in the grounds or the Manor House (marquees are not permitted) for up to a total of 34 people (including 2 children).

Accommodation:

The Manor: Kitchen, main dining room (with a billiard table seating 32 people maximum), a hallway dining room, seating 12, a sitting room, a formal lounge and a snug equipped with LCD TV, Sky and DVD player, board games (DVD library included). There is also a downstairs WC and a Cinema Room with movie system with surround sound and a large collection of both classic and recent films.  Bedrooms: Master bedroom (super king-size bed which can be made up as twin beds, and a bathroom. The Bentley Bedroom with 4-poster bed and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower), The Lady in Blue Bedroom with super king-size bed (or twin beds) and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). On the attic level are 2 more super king-size/or twin bedrooms, as well as 2 built-in single beds, suitable for children. On this level there is also a shared bathroom with bath and shower.

The Barn: Kitchen and dining Room. Cloakroom. Utility room. Living Room. Gallery with a desk.  Ground Floor Bedrooms: Canopy Gold Bedroom wth super king size bed and walk-in shower/wet room. The Blue Bedroom with super king-sized bed (can be made up as twin beds) and a walk-in shower/wet room. There is also a king-size sofa-bed, which can be used for two children or one adult at an additional cost. The African Bedroom with super king bed (configurable as twin beds) and en-suite bathroom with bath. First Floor Bedrooms: The White Bedroom with super king bed (or twin beds) and en-suite with bath. The Pink Bedroom with super king bed (or twin beds) and en-suite with bath. There is also a sofa-bed for children at an additional cost. Separate Peacock Shed Pool Cottage, rented as part of The Barn, with one double bedroom, shower and kitchenette.
