This superb rental apartment is on the second floor (lift access) of a very pretty building located on Calle Julio César, right in the centre of the city. Close by is Triana, the Puerta del Arenal, the Maestranza bullring and the Campana-Sierpes-Tetuán shopping area. It is also very convenient for the Plaza de Armas bus station and has excellent transport links to the rest of Seville and beyond.

All the traditional features that make the building so special have been maintained, including the height of the original ceilings, the wooden beams, and even some of the original brickwork.
