Recently refurbished throughout, the interiors feature open-plan living areas, solid wood floors and a well equipped kitchen. The layout is designed for indoor/outdoor living with the rooms opening to terraces and the magnificent views. The five luxurious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, are spacious and decorated in an elegant, minimalist style. Each bedroom opens to a private balcony facing the sea.

The many amenities include a pool room with large plasma TV, surround sound system throughout the house and bedrooms, satellite TV in all bedrooms, temperature control allowing for air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, and Wi-Fi internet. The large garden and heated swimming pool are perfect for relaxing in the sun, while the spacious elevated terrace is protected from the wind, and an ideal spot for dinner, or a braai. The two lock-up garages have direct internal access to the villa and there is 24 hour security, as well as an electric fence surrounding the property.

Maid service included Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. – 12 noon. Linen change every 3 days. Washing of guests’ clothes and ironing included.

House Steward available 6 days a week to maintain garden and pool, and do shopping/carry luggage for guests.

Airport transfers, grocery shopping for guests and services of a chef available at extra charge.
