The landscaped garden has a child-safe, solar heated swimming pool (8 x 3.5m), surrounded by a pool deck, perfect for enjoying sundowners while admiring the view. A covered verandah at the front of the villa has an outdoor living area, dining area and a barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with Miele appliances and the adjacent large dining area has an antique dining table seating up to 12 people. The four spacious bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms.
