The present owner has renovated the property to its former glory, retaining historic features such as the original stone staircase while, at the same time, adding contemporary design and modern comforts. Entrance to this private luxury villa to rent near Dubrovnik, surrounded by its large stone walls, is from the main waterfront promenade, into a furnished courtyard, with the main entrance to the house. An outdoor staircase also leads from the courtyard to a very modern glass bridge which connects the two outdoor terraces on the first floor, with their stunning views over the sea, and the marina – a perfect spot for a sunset glass of wine while enjoying the views.
