This Essex House III luxury apartment rental in New York is actually a combination of our one and two bedroom apartments here. Please note that the additional suite is next door, but has separate access from the main corridor and is not directly connected to the rest of the apartment. This combination can be offered to groups of 6 – 10 people who don’t mind two of the group being slightly separated. Situated in the prestigious Essex House, at the south end of Central Park, and with sensational views over the park, it comes complete with all the amenities of a five-star hotel concierge, restaurant, health-club/gym, and round-the-clock room service in addition to a spacious foyer and high-end furnishings. There is lift access to the apartments.

Entrance to the apartment is into a grand foyer, leading to the living room, dining area (with table seating six) and kitchen. The three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms.The spacious main living area features large windows, plush sofas and white oak hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom can be configured as either a twin or queen size bedroom upon request, and includes an en-suite marble bathroom, an office bureau and a mini kitchenette. Two sofa-beds in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The third bedroom is right next door to the two bedroom unit with a separate entry off the corridor, but is not interconnected with the main two bedroom unit.

The well equipped kitchen has a Miele dishwasher, Milele ceramic glass hob, GE microwave oven and Subzero refrigerator/freezer.
