Situated in the neighbourhood of El Arenal, the Villa Arenal luxury villa to rent in Seville is in a prime location for exploring the city on foot. The historic area was once the walled centre of Seville, with large defensive towers between the Alcazar and the Guadalquivir river. Guests here will not only be just a few minutes walk from the centre of the city, but also near the Maestranza/Plaza de Toros (bullring).
The luxury villa rental has three stories, which are connected by stairs, as well as a private lift access from street level to its large solarium terrace located on the third floor. The entrance from the street leads to an entrance hall, and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor is a large and impressive living room, and kitchen, while on the second floor, there is the master bedroom and another double bedroom, both with bathrooms. All bedrooms have a large screen TV with Smart TV and the entire house has a Sonos audio system.
On the third floor there is a large private terrace, furnished with sun loungers, and a dining table and chairs for enjoying meals outside. A kitchenette with a sink and minibar are also on this level.
