The Plaza de la Encarnación luxury apartment to rent in Seville, a square in the historic centre of the city, is a perfect example of how it manages to combine tradition with a cutting-edge architectural project like the Metropol Parasol. The largest wooden structure in the world, it is surrounded by historical buildings, and provides shade to this famous square, and a meeting place for young and old, tourists and locals. The Plaza de la Encarnacion is just a short stroll away from the main sights, including the Church of the Divine Redeemer and the Plaza de la Campana. New fashion shops, cafés and small restaurants have breathed new life into the area, now known as Seville’s Soho, and the nearby streets of Regina and Pérez Galdós will delight shoppers. In short, this is the perfect location for enjoying a city break in Seville at any time of the year, but perhaps more especially at Easter, with numerous processions and services in the many churches to be found here.
The design of this wonderful rental apartment is also based on a mix of classicism, Sevillian essence and the fabulous style of Amaro Sánchez de Moya, currently one of our most sought-after interior designers in Seville. The result is a spectacular home, which manages to be both functional and very stylish. The minute you cross the threshold, you will be enticed by the high ceilings, large windows, original woodwork, and colourful, hexagonal Sevillian floor tiles. The walls have been painted in shades of green, blue and grey, and the rooms furnished with carefully selected pieces of different styles and origin. A corridor leads from the entrance to the rest of the apartment. The classical style kitchen is painted green and opens to an inner patio with tiled walls, and furnished for enjoying breakfast outdoors. The living room, at the end of the corridor, overlooks the street from two large windows. There is a sitting area with TV, sofa, chairs, coffee table, a sideboard and sound system. There is also a separate dining area with table and chairs seating six guests.
There are two bedrooms, both full of natural light and overlooking the street through large windows with balcony. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is a further full bathroom with stand-alone bath. The décor in the bathrooms has also been carefully chosen with Macael marble (from quarries in the region of Almeria), and wall tiles matching the hexagonal floor tiles used throughout the property. The apartment has lift access and further amenities include air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet.
Living room, also with dining area. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine/dryer, and opening to patio. Master bedroom with double bed (150 x 200cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. Twin bedroom. Separate bathroom with bath/shower over.
