The beautiful top floor Calle San Tomas luxury apartment to rent in Seville is situated in the very centre of the historic city, just steps away from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Royal Palace and the Archive of the Indies. From the apartment and its large furnished terrace there are breathtaking views over the city. In spite of its central location, the apartment is also very quiet, and very spacious, with natural light streaming in the windows all year round.
Accessed by private lift, the interiors feature simple white lines, marble floors and are tastefully furnished. The heart of the apartment is the living area, a large minimalist space, opening to the city views via three French windows, leading onto the terrace, with its stunning views over the historical city. Furnished with a table for four, it is perfect for both breakfast, or dinner.
The living area has a sitting and TV area, with an L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching a film. There is a large flat screen TV and surround sound system. The dining area has a table for 6, and the adjoining kitchen is very well equipped. The sleeping area has two large bedrooms with full, en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is full of light and has a king-size bed and wardrobe, as well as a working area with a desk, and an open-plan bathroom with a built-in bath with rainfall shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a hairdryer.
