It is one of five apartments within a stately 17th century Palace, a fabulous example of traditional Andalusian Baroque architecture. The building has been beautifully restored by renowned classical architect, Rafael Manzano, who was responsible, for conserving and restoring Seville’s Royal Palace complex and the Alfonso XIII Hotel.

The five apartments can be rented separately or together, to accommodate up to 22 people in total. Entrance to the property is through heavy wooden doors and a large wrought-iron gate, then a walkway leading to the main patio, and a furnished, covered sitting area. The entrance to the Palace is into a hallway giving access to the upper floors via a magnificent stairway and lift.  At the top of the building, on the third floor, are the shared terraces, an oasis of green in the centre of the city, where guests can enjoy breakfast, an evening drink, sunbathing in the solarium, complete with rainfall shower, or just admire the impressive views. There is also a shared laundry room at this level, with washing machine and dryer.
