The renowned classical architect, Rafael Manzano, who was responsible for the restoration of Seville’s Royal Palace complex and the Alfonso XIII hotel, has preserved the building’s Baroque splendour,  while bringing all the essence of this fabulous stately home into the present day.  Situated right in the heart of the city, a stay here will enable guests to enjoy all the charm of Seville’s historical and cultural heritage, as well as its shopping and leisure opportunities. The Cathedral and the Giralda are within a 5 minute walk.

The Palace is accessed through an impressive front gate, to a short walkway leading to the first patio and a covered furnished sitting area. The five independent apartments in the building can be rented separately or together, to accommodate up to 22 people in total. The main hallway houses a fabulous staircase and lift leading to the five apartments and shared rooftop terraces. The terraces offer an oasis of green in the middle of the city, ideal for having breakfast, an evening al fresco with friends, some sunbathing in the solarium, complete with rainfall shower, or just enjoying the impressive views. At this level there is also a shared laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.

Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor and accessed directly via the fabulous Andalusian entrance patio, with its pretty marble fountain, Roman marble columns and lush greenery.
