The Calle San Jose 3 luxury apartment to rent in Seville is in a majestic 17th century stately palace in the very heart of the city, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, and next to the Madre de Dios convent. Guests here will be very conveniently located for exploring Seville’s historical and cultural heritage, as well as its many shopping and dining options. The Palace has been beautifully restored by the former conservationist of Seville’s Royal Palace complex and the Alfonso XIII hotel, renowned architect Rafael Manzano, who has returned this fabulous home to its original glory.
The house is accessed through an impressive front gate, and a short walkway leading to the first patio and a covered furnished sitting area. Beyond this is a hall with a fabulous staircase and lift leading to the apartments and the shared rooftop terraces. The five apartments can be rented separately or together for larger groups of up to 22 people. The large terraces on the third floor are filled with greenery, and shady pergolas, as well as areas for dining and relaxing outdoors, and a solarium with rainfall shower. The third floor also houses the shared laundry room, with washing machine and dryer.
