Guests here will not only be close to the marina at Port d’Andratx, and the great selection of restaurants here, but also within several coastal hiking trails. The luxury villa rental is also just a 15 minute drive from two great beaches, Camp de Mar and Sant Elm, and a 30 minute drive from the capital of the island, Palma.

The garden here features both flowers and palm trees, as well as a lawn, ideal for children to play. There are also several spacious terraces at each level of the villa, with various seating and dining areas. There is also a tempting mosaic lined swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace, the latter also furnished for relaxing, with both a jacuzzi and a bar area. Guests at the luxury villa to rent on Mallorca can also use the small fitness room a few steps away, and the Finnish-style sauna.

The interiors are spacious and comfortable, with some rooms opening to private terraces for relaxing and admiring the wonderful views, while enjoying a drink at sunset.  There is a spacious and very well equipped kitchen, as well as use of a Weber gas barbecue on the terrace, and both dining areas indoors, and on the terrace for dining alfresco.  There is air conditioning throughout the villa, and also off-street parking for a car.
