The very stylishly designed interiors within this luxury vacation villa rental offer 875m² living space, beautifully furnished with high quality fabrics produced by the only weaving mill in Mallorca, and with exquisite works of art. Indoors blends seamlessly into outdoors on the expansive terraces of the main terrace level. The magnificent sea views can be enjoyed from the living and dining room windows, which open up to a large furnished terrace with dining table seating up to 12 people. The spacious main kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances and a wine fridge. This luxury rental has an outdoor kitchen on the terrace (including a barbecue) and in the apartment. The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower, and adjacent gym. Two of the six bedrooms are also to be found on this floor.

Within the 2,000m² grounds, there is a 15 x 5m infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Both the heated pool as well as the jacuzzi feature an automatic cover, the very best water quality thanks to Ospa technology and LED lighting, the colour of which can be selected to suite your taste and mood. There are various living spaces throughout the property with underfloor heating and cozy fireside lounges to curl up in, as well as games consoles, table tennis and football table. There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and the lower floor has a spacious leisure area boasting a fitness suite with Technogym equipment and a sauna.

Patio Level : You enter the foyer of the villa on the top floor: from here you can access the other levels.

Terrace Level : Indoors blends seamlessly into outdoors on the expansive terraces of the main floor. The magnificent sea view is also visible from the living room and dining room. Bedroom 5 – Also located in the guest house on the first floor has a king-size bed with a lounge area, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower, pool terrace access, and sea views

Bedroom 6 – Has a king-size bed and private living room, as well as a fully-equipped dine-in kitchen located in the basement apartment. It features an en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct garden access. Outdoors: The luxury villa rental has various outdoor spaces, terraces and landscaped gardens, where guests can enjoy socializing or choose to unwind while watching some of the Island’s best sunsets with a cocktail in-hand.
