A classically designed library is fitted with Mallorcan Fabric armchairs that provide cosiness and comfort to the space. The villa rental has a total of eight spacious bedrooms split over two floors, all fitted with the latest TV and HiFi devices and offering direct access to the sun drenched terrace. Surrounded by plants, palm trees, various fruit trees and fragrant floral bushes the tempting pool invites you to cool off on sunny days, and is fitted with fully automatic pool technology. Golf enthusiasts can start their morning at the golf chipping/putting area or enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace with amazing direct sea views at Porto Cristo.

Well proportioned living area creates a wonderful airy atmosphere and is connected to the impressive dining area, centred with an oak table. All living areas are equipped with air conditioners. The luxury villa rental is fitted with modern hi-fi equipment and has a mobile Bluetooth speaker box from Bose with a charger. Each room offers a full HD television and a Bluetooth sound system, German satellite TV and WiFi. The large fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with high quality crockery, glasses and cutlery. It has an oven, dishwasher, gas oven, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, food processors, as well as 3 refrigerators and 3 freezers. A Laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be found separately.

The luxury Mallorca villa rental is set on 4 hectares of park and surrounded by spacious lawns and well-tended Mediterranean garden, at the end of the path there is a large outdoor 12 x 6m pool with a depth that ranges from 1.6m to 2.2m and automatically heats on cooler days. There is a mobile gas barbecue available on the terrace, ideal for al fresco dining on sun drenched days. The property also has its own golf chipping/putting area, allowing you to perfect your game in private (no accessories). While those that prefer to stay fit can benefit from three outdoor yoga areas. There is 1 mobile outdoor speaker available.
