The villa dates from the 17th century and has been completely restored throughout. It sits within extensive grounds of olive groves and landscaped gardens with numerous varieties of plants and trees, as well as a fabulous swimming pool (15 x 5m) with sun terrace, and various chill-out areas for guests to dine outdoors, relax and enjoy the quiet and private surroundings. By the pool, there is also a changing room with bathroom and a summer kitchen with fridge.

The interiors of this luxury villa to rent in Mallorca have been renovated sympathetically, preserving traditional features, and adding modern comforts. Each of the bedrooms has been decorated maintaining the original style of the house and all have TV’s and en-suite bathrooms. Further amenities within the vacation rental include air conditioning in all bedrooms, and the main living room, heating, TV, CD player, DVD, and Wi-Fi internet in all rooms of the house, the gardens and swimming pool area.

The accommodation is over three levels with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. On the same floor, but a slightly lower level, there is a large room, perfect for events or meetings, and equipped with an industrial kitchen. Stairs lead up to the main floor, where a hallway leads to three double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. On this level there is also a large terrace, a dining room and a living room with fireplace. Also on this level is the main kitchen and another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the top floor there are three twin bedrooms, each with shower rooms.
