The accommodation spans three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The entrance is on the top floor, which features a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A spacious terrace at this level offers stunning views of the entire bay. There is also access to a double covered parking area and a bicycle storage room. Stairs – or the villa’s lift – lead down to the second level, home to the master suite, which also has access to a generous terrace. This floor also includes a bedroom with three single beds (en-suite), a twin bedroom with en-suite, and a dormitory room with three bunk beds.

The ground floor comprises a spacious and comfortable living and dining area that opens through glass doors onto a huge covered terrace. The designer Bulthaup/Gaggenau kitchen, complete with dining area, is also on this level. Additionally, there is a private cinema room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Outside, the villa features a heated swimming pool (15 x 4 m, heating included) with step access. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and there is an outdoor shower. The garden is beautifully landscaped with flowers and shrubs, creating a serene and inviting outdoor space.
