There are five well-appointed double bedrooms, with two conveniently located on the ground floor, providing direct access to the gardens, while the remaining three, situated on the first floor, boast private balconies overlooking the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana—a UNESCO World Heritage Site— gracing guests with stunning views.

Guests at Villa La Font will love swimming in the 15m long saltwater swimming pool and hosting enchanting dinner parties as there are various outdoor dining options. This luxury villa in Mallorca spreads over two floors and is connected with stairs.

The entrance porch is accessible via two steps opens up into the large hallway (5.1×4.5), with the elegant staircase that leads to the first floor.

Ground Floor

Kitchen + Dining Room (5x6m): The open-plan kitchen is accessible on the left side of the entrance hallway and boasts a floating breakfast counter with four stools and if fully-equipped with modern amenities.

The bright lovely open-plan living area comprises of a dining area, that seamlessly connects with the kitchen and a sitting area on the right side.

The dining table is large and comfortably sits 10 persons and there is also a buffet.

Lounge room (5×4.5): The sitting area is opposite the dining area and boasts two sumptuous grey sofas that faces each other, a Smart TV and a rustic coffee table. The sitting room is directly accessible from the entrance hallway and has direct access to the back patio via sliding doors.

Snug Room (3.9×6.4): It is adjacent but separated from the living room and boasts a very large L-shaped sofa, a Smart TV and a pool table.

The side of the entrance hallway leads to the ground floor bedrooms and both have direct access to the gardens.

Bedroom 1 (4×4.1):  It features a king size bed, a storage room, a desk and has an elegant ensuite with a bathtub, a separate shower and a double sink.

Bedroom 2 (3.3×4.2): this is the first bedroom on the right and boasts a super king size bed (convertible into twins), a wardrobe and a desk. Its bathroom is separated, although it is just next to it. The bathroom has a bath, with shower fixture and a sink.

First Floor

The staircase at the entrance lead to the corridor of the first floor.

Bedroom 3 (3.5×4.4): it offers two twin beds which are convertible into a super King bed. This room has access to an ample terrace with outdoor furniture and boasts its own ensuite with a bath with shower fixture and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 4 (4.5X4.5: the second largest room and boasts a super king bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and a balcony with table and chairs, overlooking back gardens and the swimming pool.

Bedroom 5 (3.2×4.6): It also features a super king bed and has a lovely balcony with outdoor seating area and overlooks the Tramuntana mountains. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower fixture and a heated towel rail.

Outdoor highlights:

Back Patio (10X3.80): can be directly accessed via sliding glass doors and boasts a large rectangular dining table that comfortably sits up to 10 guests.

BBQ-Area: on the left of the back patio and tucked away, this shaded area boasts wicker sofas and a charcoal BBQ, an outside sink worktop and an outdoor fridge and freezer that guests can use.

Swimming pool Area: just opposite the back patio, there is the saltwater swimming pool (15m) which can also be  heated upon request* and has an electrical cover. The pool is lined with plenty of sunloungers and some umbrellas. In this area, you will also find a ping pong table, a Bali-bed and a lawn swing.

There is also an Astro-turf play area for football (with goal), badminton and a basketball hoop and various other sports.
