There is air-conditioning in all of the enormous en-suite bedrooms and throughout Villa Can Totxa.
The Master bedroom located on the first floor has a king bed, en-suite shower room, and private terrace overlooking the pool and tennis court.
The second Master bedroom also located on the first floor has a king bed, en-suite shower room, and Juliet balcony.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed with en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony, located on the first floor.
Bedroom 4 has a twin/super-king bed with private bathroom and garden access, located on the first floor.
This level has an open plan sitting and dining area fitted with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining table seating 10 guests, as well as access to the terrace.
Furthermore there is a TV and games room with UK channels, a DVD player, as well as games and toys.
Outdoors –
There are both covered shady terraces and open sun drenched terraces. Fitted with a gas barbecue and outdoor 8 seater table for al fresco dining.
The expansive outside space boast a 16m x 5m length swimming pool, table tennis table and an all-weather tennis court, as well as private parking.
