The new Villa Boquer luxury villa to rent on Mallorca is in a wonderful location, set against the impressive backdrop of the Boquer Mountains, and with uninterrupted views to Puerto Pollensa. It is also just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa with its great choice of waterfront restaurants and cafés. In addition, a 3 minutes walk will take you to the best stretch of Puerto Pollensa’s famous ‘pine walk’ with its sandy beach and safe swimming. The area is perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers, being so close to the renowned Boquer Valley migrating path.

Situated on a wide residential avenue, this luxury holiday rental in Mallorca is also next door to our other villa here, Villa Boquer, designed by the same architect, and also constructed of the same grey natural stone and featuring spectacular safe-glass terraces.  A long drive with an electric gate leads to the main entrance of the villa. There is also a very large underground parking area, large enough for 4 cars, with direct access into the villa, via steps leading into the lower hall. Steps at the main front door lead into an impressive entrance hall which forms the centre of the villa, with a vast, glass-panelled section in the roof, filling the house with natural light. On the ground level is a pretty interior patio with a tall coconut palm in the centre.  There is light wood parquet flooring throughout and very high quality furniture both inside, and on the terraces.

The villa rental’s living/dining area occupies the huge central area of the villa, with white walls, modern art work, wide sofas and a plasma TV. The emphasis is on space, light, comfort and maximising the incredible view. Large glass sliding doors open out to a stunning covered terrace with wooden floors and ceilings, and furnished with large sofas and dining table and chairs. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor, the same level as the pool.  The landscaped gardens are on several levels with cypress trees allowing for privacy from the road. As well as an infinity pool (with step access), this luxury villa rental has a barbecue and table tennis table.

Very well-equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob, split-level oven and microwave. Living/dining room. Utility/laundry room. Guest WC. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor with three of them opening out to a terrace on the pool level to take advantage of the views. Two of the bedrooms are twin/double with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The other twin/double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed and pull-out sofa-bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
