Kitchen & Dining Room:

• Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances. There is a small square table with 4 seats immediately in front of the kitchen.
• Connected to the dining room.
• Dining Room: boasting a glass table with comfortable upholstered chairs – seats 14 people.

Living Room:

• Generously sized with a large comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and sleek fireplace.
• There is also another very luminous living room area boasting 2 large sofas (4 seats each)
• Very spacious with plenty of breeze and light.
• Large door windows leading to the front patio and garden.
• in one area of the large open plan living room, there is also a tall table with stools, perfect for gatherings and having some drinks after a long day.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom  is on the ground floor. It has a double bed (140*190), walk-in closet  and an ensuite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): This is the largest bedroom and it’s also located on the first floor, accessible via stairs. It has a double bed (160*200) and a walk-in closet. It has ensuite with double sink and  bath tube and walk in shower. This bedroom has access to its private large terrace with outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom  is also on the first floor, accessible via stairs. It has a double bed (160*200) and has an ensuite with a walk in shower. This bedroom has access to its private large terrace with outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom  is also on the first floor, accessible via stairs. It offers 2 single beds (80×200) and has access to a separate bathroom walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5&6: There are two bedrooms in the basement, next to the Wellness Area. They both have ensuites and direct access to the secluded English Patio made of stones with a Jacuzzi for 4 persons.

Basement:

Wellness Area: 

• Open-plan space with elliptical machine and punching bag.
• Small table with chairs and a reading corner with 3 stylish sofas.
• Big bathroom with a double shower adjacent to the sauna.
• Well-lit with sliding doors opening to the walkout patio.

English Patio:

• 4 seats jacuzzi in a shaded area of the patio
• Two small seating areas.
• Shaded for part of the day.

• Guest House:
  • Separated from the main building, just at the back of the house
  • 1 kitchen + dining room on the grounf floor
  • 1 bedroom located on the first floor. It boasts a double bed (140*200) and ensuite with a bathroom.

Outdoor Highlights: 

Swimming Pool: Spacious pool (20m x 8m) at the back of the house. Immersed in the garden.

Pool House:

• Open plan house with outdoor kitchen.
• Table for up to 12 guests, outdoor sofa, and 4 loungers.
• Next to a beautiful fountain.
• There is also very powerful music equipement in the swimming pool area and the pool house.

Hammocks Corner: Two comfortable hammocks in the back patio, ideal for admiring the landscape and mountains.
