The entrance opens onto an internal private courtyard with access to different areas of this luxury rental villa in Soller. This luxury retreat in Mallorca spreads over two floors and offer six ensuite double bedrooms and private terraces that ensure guests maximum privacy. On the ground floor, in addition to the living areas and two bedrooms, we also find a sauna and an incredible dining room that has direct access to the covered outdoor dining area and the internal courtyard that features a traditional well and a stunning saltwater swimming pool.

On the first floor besides the four remaining double ensuite bedrooms, we also find a conference room with an adjacent kitchenette, a large porch with plenty of seatings  and a second designer living room. This luxury villa is located in Soller, a quaint Mallorquin village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and is the perfect location for guests lounging to relax and sport lovers: from those who enjoying hiking to tennis players. Soller Townhouse is also part of the Sóller Tennis Club and Láila, a social club in Palma. Guests staying at this luxury property in Mallorca can reserve their tennis courts, swim in the 25-metres pool, and join their yoga sessions. Láila features coworking spaces, meeting rooms and a restaurant.

6 bedrooms – up to 10 guests 

This luxury villa rental in Mallorca comprises of two floors and is internally connected via stairs. All of the bedrooms and the conference room are fully air-conditioned, however in public areas there are only ceiling fans. In each ensuite bedroom you will also find a Dyson Airwrap, a steamer and a Bluetooth speaker.

Ground floor

The entrance hall gives direct access to the dining room on the left and to the shaded outdoor dining area.

Kitchen: it can either be accessed externally directly from the left side of the entrance courtyard, or internally from the dining room. It boasts modern amenities and a floating working counter top. There is also a microwave that can be only used to heat up baby food. Kitchen appliances can only be used by the professional chef.

Dining room: the dining room can be accessed from the left side of the entrance hall and is adjacent to the kitchen. It offers a large rectangular dining table that sits up to 12 people and a minibar with a sink. It also has direct access to the outdoor shaded dining area through a French window. The dining room also seamlessly leads to the first living room and its guest bathroom.

Living room 1 (19mq): The fireplace adds a depth to this colourful room that offers a comfortable sofa that sits up to 4 people and two designer armchairs. It also has direct access to the half-bathroom 1 and direct access to the internal private courtyard and outdoor dining area.

On this floor we also find the laundry room, two guest bathrooms and the sauna is just tucked away, at the end of the corridor that is accessible from the dining room.

Bedroom 1 (19mq): This bedroom is accessible on the right side of the entrance loggia via four steps up and not from the indoor areas and features a king size bed (180cm) and an armchair. Its ensuite offers a shower.

Bedroom 2 (27mq): This large bedroom is accessible via three steps up from the entrance hall and features a king size bed (180cm) and a sitting room with two designer armchair and a footstool. It offers a generously sized ensuite (8.36mq) with a shower and access to the internal courtyard via two steps.

First floor 

Conference room (33mq) + kitchenette (4.7mq): At the top of the stairs, the conference room can be accesses on the left. It boasts a large rectangular table and sits up to 10 people and a working desk available for guests. The adjacent kitchenette has all the necessary items to prepare a snack or a cup of tea and there is a guest bathroom available to those using the conference room.

Living room 2 (29mq): This room features a large sofa that sits 4 people and three armchairs. It leads to Bedroom 3 and 4 on the left side.

Bedroom 3 (20mq): There is a super king size bed (210cm) that can be converted into twins. Its ensuite boasts a large shower and leads to the spacious porch on the first floor through a wooden door.

Bedroom 5 (18mq): This room is accessible from the conference room aerea and it offers a king size bed (180cm) and an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 6 (12mq): This room is accessible from the conference room aerea and it offers a queen size bed  and an ensuite with a shower

Outdoor highlights

Porch: the long  spacious porch (26mq) on the first floor is either directly accessible from Bedroom 3 or from the internal private courtyard via 3 flights of stairs. This lovely terrace is covered and offer plenty of outdoor sofas, benches and coffee table, creating multiple spaces for intimate conversations and drinks.

Swimming pool (34mq): The saltwater swimming pool is at ground level, just adjacent to the covered dining area. It offers sunloungers and an outdoor shower.
