Dating back to the 16th century, the estate has been meticulously restored to preserve its rich heritage while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts. Spanning approximately 2,000m² across two main floors and an iconic lookout tower, the villa retains many original architectural features, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

The ground floor centres around a grand entrance hall with impressive stone arches leading to a series of beautifully appointed reception rooms. These include formal winter and summer dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an enchanting courtyard with a fountain, a glazed porch providing access to the private family chapel, and one luxurious bedroom suite. Upstairs, the remaining bedroom suites are complemented by an elegant library decorated in Art Nouveau style, enjoying spectacular views across the bay towards Cap Formentor. A spacious drawing room with a grand piano opens onto several terraces, while many of the bedrooms feature their own private sitting rooms with fireplaces, creating intimate spaces to relax.

The villa is surrounded by approximately 15,000m² of beautifully landscaped gardens divided into seven distinct areas, each centred around an elegant Arabic-style fountain with gently cascading water. Stone pathways weave through fragrant jasmine-covered arbours, vibrant bougainvillea, ancient olive trees, pomegranates, oaks and cypress trees, creating a series of peaceful outdoor retreats.

The large swimming pool is beautifully integrated into the gardens, reflecting the colours of the surrounding flowers and traditional dry-stone walls. Guests can relax beneath a shaded porch furnished with comfortable sofas or unwind on the spacious sun terrace with loungers overlooking the estate. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests across eight spacious suites, with the option to increase the capacity to 18 guests using additional beds on request.

The chef service includes Chef service + assistant. Menu design, shopping service for the meals booked, table decoration, clear the table, wash up service, kitchen clean service after each service booked and garbage removal.
