The fully serviced property on Mallorca boasts large, manicured gardens with fresh herbs, olive trees and all rooms have air-conditioning to keep you cool. You will also find a spacious terrace & infinity pool with mountain views. Also, within the grounds and adjacent to the main building is table tennis, a gym & a pool table in a separate outbuilding.  

Lower floor: A play area, equipped with toys and games to keep the young ones entertained. One of the master bedrooms with an en-suite and spacious wardrobe. As well as a double room & a single room, both share a large bathroom.

Ground Level: As you enter the Pollensa Palm luxury villa rental through its bold, traditional wooden doors you find a bright, open plan dining & living space with Smart TV, as well as access to the kitchen, outside terraces & downstairs. In the opposite direction are sleeping quarters with a second master en-suite bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and a double & a twin room that also share a large bathroom.

Bedrooms: 2 masters suites and 3 doubles that can be made into twins and 1 single bedroom. 5 bathrooms (2 en-suites for the masters, 1 upstairs bedroom sharing, 1 downstairs bedroom sharing and 1 in the gym/ pool room with beach bags & towels). All fitted with Bamford luxury spa range of beauty products, Kimonos & slippers. The Pollensa Palm luxury villa rental has air conditioning throughout the property.

Outdoors: The focal point is the contemporary and traditionally designed luxurious Infinity style swimming pool with sun loungers and terrace area that benefits from views up to the Puig de Maria mountain, surrounded by olive trees & well-groomed gardens. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ is where your chef prepares an alfresco lunch, enjoyed at large covered dining area with outdoor sound system. Separate, is a glass outbuilding with a foosball table, a pool table and cardio machines. The outdoor space also has table tennis and a trampoline. When night time comes pool fountains & mood lighting really set the scene. There are board games and toys in the children’s play area downstairs, fitted with sofas & a smart TV.
