One of the best beaches on Mallorca, Can Picafort, is only a 20-minute drive away, while Alcudia and the historic town of Pollensa can be reached in around 30 minutes. Palma and the airport are approximately 30 minutes’ drive to the south. With breathtaking views over Llubi and 40,000 m² of private land, this luxury holiday rental offers the perfect retreat for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Completely renovated in 2018, the property is a wonderful example of design and craftsmanship, featuring soothing neutral colours, intricate wood details, beamed ceilings, and over 150 m² of beautifully furnished terraces. The large open-plan living area connects to the kitchen, with views of the Sierra Tramuntana. There are four bedrooms in the main house and connecting guest wing, all with en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has two basins, a bath or shower, underfloor heating, and a music speaker.

Outside the villa, there is a large swimming pool tiled with exotic Moroccan tiles. The pool is surrounded by a furnished terrace, complete with comfortable sun loungers and large straw umbrellas providing poolside shade. The swimming pool can also be heated outside the high season. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh fruit from the orchard in front of the finca, daily handpicked vegetables from the organic garden, and taste the home-produced olive oil and organic handmade honey. The villa also features a yoga platform surrounded by olive trees in a secluded outdoor area near the finca, as well as a stable with several horses for riding on the estate.

On request, the owners are happy to make the villa available for weddings, events, or film productions.
