This luxury rental villa sits in an elevated position, overlooking beautiful Deia village with a backdrop of the Tramuntana. Deia is an exceptionally picturesque and charming village, characterised by its ochre coloured houses with green shutters, set against the backdrop of the mountains on one side, and the Mediterranean Sea on the other It has long been famous for its cultural associations, dating back to the early 1930’s when the writer, Robert Graves, moved here, and has subsequently become known as a haven for writers and artists. The village is also home to many excellent local restaurants and bars, galleries and boutiques.

Entrance to the villa is into an open-plan dining and living area, which leads out to a sunny terrace and pool area with incredible mountain views. Each of the four double bedrooms (each with private bathroom) is light and spacious with lovely views over the village. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi internet.

Step outside, and the best of the island is right in front of you. The home is surrounded by private gardens, sun-drenched terraces, and uninterrupted views of the mountains and village rooftops. The infinity plunge pool is the place to cool off on warm days or enjoy a glass of wine after dark. There are five sun loungers, a shaded dining space, and a gas barbeque ready for long, leisurely meals. The pool can also be heated in the cooler months.

Guests can enjoy an evening dinner or glass of wine on the terrace, as the sun sets behind the church and illuminates the surrounding mountains.
