You enter Deià Stone Villa in one of two ways. Come in through the parking area and you’re in the courtyard leading directly to a beautifully designed, spacious, light-filled kitchen that features the finest natural and local limestone, wood and fabrics. Enter from the street and you’re on the lower floor with its splendid cinema room. There are two twin ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. On this level, you’ll also find the guest washroom and a fully equipped laundry room. There’s a comfortable sitting area with a large TV and a fireplace for guests staying in the cooler months. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is enormous and has its own roof terrace. A study on the top floor is perfect for working on a creative project or simply contemplating the beauty that is Deià. A double sofa bed and bathroom mean the study can be used as a family suite. Deià Stone Villa is such a beautifully designed, comfortable oasis of calm that it might be hard to leave.
