A unique and cottage-like luxury villa rental situated in the exclusive area of Ca I’Abat, set in an elevated position just outside Deia, famous for its wonderful Mallorquin coastal views. In an exceptional location in Mallorca, with just a few neighbours around, this luxury villa rental provides guests with a sanctuary while on vacation in Mallorca. Boasting uninterrupted sea view from the big pool area and stunning landscaped gardens. Part of a double house that was refurbished in 2019 by top local Mallorca designers MoreDesign with an over arching idea to modernise the ancient finca yet maintain the Mallorquin aesthetic through stylish design features that maximise comfort. The indoor living space has been attractively designed to be compact, yet cosy and the building is divided so that the two parts are completely separate, while bedrooms provide a space to retreat. There are stunning views from the lush garden making it an ideal place to spend warm summer days while on vacation. The luxury villa rental is an ideal get-away for a group of friends or a small family.
The house is attached to another property – however they have separate entrances and driveways. Deia Retreat remains very private, particularly in the pool area. Also both houses are owned by the same Danish family. They only rent one of them out. So if anyone was using the other property it would only ever be them or their family. They are very quiet and respectful.
