A 6 bedroom luxury villa rental offering of the most spectacular panoramic views in Mallorca. Situated on one of the highest viewpoints of Port de Soller you will find this traditional country villa that focusses on outdoor living. A social layout that spans over two spacious levels accommodating up to 13 guests. This Mallorquin country home is perfect for a big family who likes to entertain or a large group of friends that want to relax in comfort while on vacation. Accommodation layout –
Indoors – There is a dedicated office space on the upper level that looks out over the beautiful Port de Soller in Mallorca. Fitted with AC and an additional single bed/sofa. The kitchen is long and open-plan, with an oak breakfast bar in the centre, with an 8 seater dining table. Fitted with appliances such as a juicer, blender, ice machine, various coffee makers, extra fridge and freezer. The kitchen fireplace has a small coffee table and a TV, from here it leads out to two separate terraces, one in the courtyard to the left and to the right a vast open terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. The luxury villa rental also has an excellent sound system, billiards room, piano and mini gym.
Bedroom 1 – The Main bedroom (200 x 200), has a large ensuite, fitted with a bath, walk-in shower and AC. As well as sea views, a private terrace with sun-beds and a coffee table.
Bedroom 2 – Is a double (180 x 150) fitted with a TV, AC, kitchenette and fridge. It has a private entrance from the back of the house and garden.
Bedroom 3 – Found on the first floor, an ensuite bedroom fitted with a king size bed (200×200), radiators and AC. It offers private access from the side of the house/garden with a coffee table and 2 sun loungers.
Bedroom 4 – A twin room or double room with sea views and AC. It has a separate bathroom positioned adjacent.
Bedroom 5 – Is a double ensuite bedroom (150 x 200), fitted with heating , AC, and underfloor heating. With views of the sea and garden.
Bedroom 6 – A double ensuite bedroom (150 x 200) with underfloor heating, AC and radiators.
Outdoors – The luxury villa rental is surrounded by spacious terraces overlooking the bustling port of Soller’s. With numerous chill-out areas for guests to relax. There is a 14 seater outdoor dining area, with a separate kitchenette that has been fitted with a gas barbecue. Alternatively recline on the sun loungers and reading areas under the pergola while dipping in and out of the natural-looking 10 x 4m pool located on the lower level with views of the garden.

Port de Soller is a remote, picturesque town in the north west of Mallorca surrounded by the Tramuntana mountain range . A small coastal village that has become popular for its large bay, scenic surroundings of anchored boats rocking gently in its protected harbour. A great place to feast on seafood or to take sailing trips to the Sa Calobra.
There is a tram that shuttles along citrus filled gardens between the town and Port de Soller, adding to the charm of the town. The horse shoe shaped bay has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to wonder through while on vacation in Mallorca. Built half a century ago to the north east is the Torre Picada watch tower, an iconic landmark.
The neighbouring town of Sóller (an approximately 45-minute walk away) offers a Saturday market and the Botanical Garden (Jardí Botànic), spend time marvelling at Mallorcan flora and fauna, while learning interesting facts about the island’s plant life. While Museum Can Prunera, allows visitors to view permanent and guest exhibitions of famous artists such as Picasso, Warhol & Kandinsky. If you still have time, be sure to visit the Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences (Museu Balear de Ciències Naturals).
