Both the quaint town of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa are a short drive from this holiday rental which sits in the picturesque countryside in between, making the best of both worlds.
One of the most appealing features of this villa rental in Mallorca is that everything is on one low level with open plan living spaces and large, airy bedrooms. The villa is well air conditioned throughout and is characterised by contemporary features and designer fittings. The large, fully fitted main kitchen is designed by the Italian company Bontempi and is made up of chrome and stainless-steel features with all the mod cons you need.
Inside guests can enjoy good wifi and a large satellite TV while the outside of this luxury vacation rental offers beautiful landscaped gardens and a large pool area with views of the Tramuntana mountains. The covered terrace with attractive dining furniture, breakfast terrace on the west of the villa and covered barbecue area offer even more open plan living space- perfect for a large group. There is also a small gymnasium and ample parking space.
The villa sleeps up to 12 people in a total of 6 bedrooms; three doubles and a twin bedroom in the main house. Separate and across the way you’ll find a pretty 2-bedroom ‘casita’ (little house) with a double and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom. Please note that the twin bedroom does not have direct interior access to the bathroom and requires you to either walk through the double bedroom or via the outside. It is ideal for a couple with up to two kids using it as an annex room. Several of the 5 bathrooms feature walk-in showers.
