Situated inland in the east of the island, the Villa Felanitx luxury villa to rent in Mallorca is around 40 minutes from both Palma, and Alcudia Bay. The village of Vilafranca de Bonancy is approximately 10 minutes drive, and the area offers both mountain bike and hiking trails. The east coast beaches and the sea are around 20 – 30 minutes drive, including the small picturesque fishing village Porto Cristo. The surrounding area on the east coast is also famous for its many archaeological finds.

The luxury holiday rental on Mallorca is accessed via a private driveway, and sits within a garden with centenarian olive trees, fig, orange, pomegranate, lemon and almond trees, succulent plants, an aromatic herb garden, and a vegetable garden. Right in front of living room and facing the swimming pool, is a covered dining terrace with a table seating 10 people There is also a barbecue and outdoor fridge. The large swimming pool (40m) is kept clean by a geothermal energy pump. There are three large sun beds by the pool, and a large sheltered sofa with pillows, as well as various terraces and hammocks for relaxing outdoors.

The original historic villa has been completely renovated recently, retaining traditional features such as tiles, and wooden beams. The result is a combination of tradition, modern comforts, and typical Balearic island features such as river-stone flooring, and white washed walls. The luxury villa rental on Mallorca has air conditioning in all rooms, as well as cable TV, Apple TV, and portable Bose and Sonos wi-fi sound system. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are also of a high standard.
