Cala Gata III is a beautiful four-bedroom luxury villa in Mallorca, set within an expansive estate of more than 680 acres of breathtaking landscape. From its elevated position, the villa enjoys sweeping views across the countryside and the island’s dramatic coastline. The estate is also home to two other villas, each thoughtfully positioned in separate areas to ensure complete privacy. At its heart lies a striking historic manor house – or “finca” – dating back to the mid-13th century. Although currently unused, it remains a remarkable focal point, surrounded by terraced grounds filled with vines, citrus trees, almonds, and hundreds of olive trees.

The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are just a few kilometres away, offering a selection of restaurants, tapas bars, and local amenities. Guests can explore the estate on foot, which spans approximately 3km by 5km, or enjoy a scenic coastal walk starting from a pebble beach – around a 50-minute walk from the villa. The island also boasts more than 20 golf courses, while spa treatments and children’s activities can be arranged on request.

Set across three floors, Cala Gata III is rich in character and history, featuring a distinctive turret, a secluded central courtyard, a private heated swimming pool, and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The original turret dates back to the 13th century, adding to the villa’s unique charm. The sheltered courtyard at the heart of the property provides an intimate space, perfect for unwinding with a book.

The villa accommodates up to eight adults across four bedrooms, with an additional day bed available. One of the bedrooms is located within the signature turret on the ground floor, accessed via a curved stairwell from a shared bathroom on the lower level. This leads up to the first-floor sitting room – where the day bed is located – and continues to the upper-level bedroom.

While many guests come here to relax in a peaceful setting, there are also a range of activities available. These include tennis and padel on a nearby shared court close to Cala Gata II (with racquets and balls provided), available to all three villas.

The property is offered on both a self-catering and an all-inclusive basis. The all-inclusive option includes a daily continental breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. Each evening, the chef and hostess prepare a selection of cold breakfast dishes for guests to enjoy at their convenience the following morning. Lunch is served buffet-style, and three-course dinners can be tailored to your preferences. All drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are included.
