The beautiful four bedroom Cala Gata III luxury villa rental on Mallorca is situated on a vast estate of more than 680 acres of stunning landscape, and benefits stunning views over the countryside and the dramatic coastline. The other two other villas on the estate, and each villa is completely private, situated in different areas of the estate. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the mid-1200s. This building is currently unused, forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and hundreds of olive trees. The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away, providing a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.Guests can take a walk around the estate which is 3km × 5km in size, or head straight down to the coast walk which starts from a pebble beach. The distance from the villa to the pebble beach is a 50 minute walk. There are also over 20 golf courses on the island. Spa treatments and children’s activities can also be arranged.

One bedroom is located in the villa’s signature turret, with a curved stairwell leading from a shared bathroom on the lower level, which leads up to the first floor sitting room (where the day bed is), and ultimately to the upper level bedroom.

Many guests here are just looking for relaxation in a peaceful location, but for those looking for activities, there is a tennis court near Cala Gata 2 (racquets and balls provided), shared by all three villas. The property offers both a self catering rate, and an all-inclusive rate. The latter includes daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. The chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, at a time to suit you.
