Cala Gata II is a luxurious villa available to rent in Mallorca, set within an expansive 680-acre estate on the island’s north-west coast. The estate is home to three exclusive villas, each designed to offer complete privacy, along with a grand historic manor house – or “finca” – dating back to the mid-13th century, which is currently not in use. The finca is surrounded by terraced grounds planted with vines, citrus trees, almonds, and hundreds of olive trees. The charming Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are just a few kilometres away, offering a selection of restaurants, tapas bars, and local amenities, while the larger town of Deia can be reached in approximately 40 minutes by car.

This four-bedroom villa is positioned near the edge of the estate, about a 20-minute walk from a pebble beach. It features a private heated swimming pool (15 x 5.5 metres) and a spacious terrace ideal for sunbathing. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Guests can enjoy a range of on-site activities, including tennis and padel on nearby shared courts (with racquets and balls provided), table tennis, and scenic walks around the estate or along the coastline starting from the pebble beach. Spa treatments and children’s activities can also be arranged on request.

The villa is available on both a self-catering and an all-inclusive basis. The all-inclusive option includes a daily continental breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. Each evening, the chef and hostess prepare a selection of cold breakfast dishes for you to enjoy at your convenience the following morning. Lunch is served buffet-style, and three-course dinners can be tailored to your preferences. All drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are included.
