The stunning Cala Gata I Luxury villa to rent on Mallorca is situated on a vast estate, comprising 680 acres of stunning landscape on the north-west coast of the island. There are three luxury villas to rent here, each offering total privacy, as well as a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the mid 1200s, which is currently unused. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit trees, almonds and hundreds of olive trees. The traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are a few kilometres away, with a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities, while the larger centre of Deja is about 40 minutes drive.

Built in traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beam ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, this luxury holiday home is located along a track above the coastline, with panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa rental has a private heated swimming pool, kitchen, living room and dining area, and comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 en-suite bedrooms. One of the best features here is the large terrace and outdoor dining area, perfect for evening dining or late-night cocktails. Further amenities include air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet. Local activities include tennis on the nearby shared court on the estate (racquets and balls provided), table tennis, walks around the estate, or a coastal walk which starts from a pebble beach. Spa treatments and children’s activities can also be arranged.

The property offers both a self catering rate, and an all-inclusive rate. The latter includes daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. The chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, at a time to suit you.
