It is situated in the area of Salamanca, one of the most elegant and privileged of Madrid, within walking distance of the historic centre, the main tourist attractions, cultural interests and the fashion district. Furnished and equipped to a luxury standard, the living room is decorated with a mix of different styles; oriental, retro leather chairs, and pieces from the owners’ travels. The spectacular dining room is full of character and bathed in light, from the large bay window. The hall blends naturally with the dining and living rooms, and emphasizes the beauty of the imposing structural elements of the apartment; its high ceilings, its mouldings, wall papered walls and wonderful original wood flooring. The dining room also features a beautiful glassed-in terrace overlooking the busy Calle Hermosilla, where guests can enjoy breakfast.
