Climb the sunny steps between fragrant lavender to an upper terrace close to the main living space. Here, there is a further al-fresco dining space, with seats for 12, relaxed lounge seating, and more beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea stretching along the silhouette of Dalt Vila, Ibiza’s old town, and the hillsides of the island of Formetera.  Inside, the living areas have a clean, pared-back Ibiza style with high-tech luxuries. The sunny terrace and dining area opens directly onto the interior lounge space, open plan to the well-equipped kitchen in pale, neutral wood and cool marble worktops. There is additional lounge space downstairs, opening onto the pool terrace where you’ll find a cosy den with a home cinema system and a small gym. For those on vacation with small children, a selection of toys, cots and highchairs can be provided.

• Daily Cleaning: 5 hours of cleaning service per day, 6 days per week.
• Breakfast/Brunch Chef Services: Chef available 6 days a week on request to prepare breakfast or brunch.
  Please note: A cash deposit of €1,000 for groceries is required. All receipts will be provided, and any unused amount will be refunded to guests at the end of the stay.
• Housekeeping: Two housekeepers work 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, providing cleaning and preparing a continental breakfast.
• Linen & Towel Service: Full change of linens and towels every Wednesday. Additional towel changes provided as needed.
