Villa La Terraza is a luxury villa rental located on the exclusive Porroig peninsula in Mallorca. Surrounded by stunning coves and offering panoramic sea views, the property boasts beautiful landscaped gardens and a private swimming pool.

Accessed via an automatic gate, the villa provides both privacy and security, with ample parking for several vehicles within the enclosed grounds. The fully landscaped gardens span approximately 2,000m² and include several hidden garden areas – perfect for relaxing and exploring during your stay.

This luxury villa features a spacious roof terrace with seating and sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the Ibiza sunshine or enjoying breathtaking sunsets.

The main lounge is exceptionally spacious and opens onto a rear terrace that offers uninterrupted sea views and a recently renovated infinity pool. Adjacent to this is a covered outdoor dining area complete with a fitted barbecue – perfect for al fresco meals.

The interior living space covers approximately 315 m² and is spread over two floors. The villa is impeccably maintained, with all areas featuring air conditioning and WiFi access. There is a generous indoor dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that flows into a second lounge, providing a quiet space for relaxation or a play area for children.

The villa offers five double bedrooms, three of which have private terraces, and two with their own dressing rooms. There are four modern shower rooms and one large bathroom, ensuring each bedroom has access to its own facilities – ideal for families or larger groups.
