Finca de Canadella is a restored 300-year-old luxury villa located on the northern side of San Llorenç, set on 20 acres of secluded forest and ancient terraces. Once a working farm and family estate, it has been lovingly revived over the past three years, blending rustic charm with contemporary design. The interiors reflect a playful homage to 1970s Ibiza, with handpicked antiques, iconic design pieces, and a warm, earthy palette. Art, sustainability, and slow living are at the heart of this unique 9-bedroom estate.

Guests are invited to connect with nature – picking fruit from the garden, wandering lavender-lined paths, or relaxing in the saltwater pool. Start your day in the wellness and fitness area and end it in the soundproofed party cave, complete with DJ booth and vintage bar.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the villa with light. The spacious living room features metre-thick stone walls, sabina wood beams, and an eclectic mix of velvet Arflex sofas, primitive stools, and Mid-century chairs. A raw, handwoven wall installation and esparto grass rugs add to the natural aesthetic. The dining area boasts an 18-seater pine table surrounded by psychedelic chairs, set beneath local ceramic artworks by Yvette Spowers and Laura de Grinyo (Ladio).

Outdoors, the estate offers panoramic views of the valley, Mediterranean gardens, a spiral cactus garden, and a variety of shaded terraces. An upper pergola houses a 16-seater table, marble bar, Josper grill, and stone pizza oven, while the lower level features a firepit, Ofyr BBQ, and edible herb gardens. The biodynamic garden follows permaculture principles, offering an ethical, organic approach to food production. There’s also a chillout garden for beauty treatments and sound therapy, and a children’s garden with a tipi, treehouse, and balance beams.

For recreation, enjoy a game of pétanque or football on the grassy meadow. The 13m oval saltwater pool sits on a raised terrace with views across the island, and a smaller children’s pool lies nearby. Shaded Talenti loungers, a pool bar, outdoor dining pergola, and hammocks offer ample space to unwind.

Discreet solar panels, hidden speakers, Wi-Fi, and security systems are integrated throughout the estate, along with generous guest parking.

The Finca de Canadella luxury villa rental also gives guests access to a traditional boat house, with a 5 meter self drive boat that forms part of the villa offering. Situated in the northern cove of Cala Xarraca, just 16 minutes’ drive away, a day on the water with this self-drive boat is ideal for exploring the Ibiza coastline.
