Living and dining room – The space is fitted with floor to ceiling windows which drench the finca with light, ancient terracotta gives way to an arched doorway with rustic wooden doors opening on to a magnificent living space. A cluster of rust velvet Arflex Marenco sofas, primitive stools and Mid-century lounge chairs make it the most comfortable place to find refuge in the heat of the day, with metre-thick stone walls and double-height ceilings with pine fragranced traditional sabina beams. The wall is decorated with a raw natural texture hand-woven art installation echoed by esparto grass rugs. An eighteen seater pine dining table lined with playful psychedelic chairs makes for a glorious setting for dinner parties with friends. Bedrooms –

Main Finca – 4 bedrooms located on the first floor of the main house.

Suite 1 – Has a large east-facing terrace with low-slung daybeds, ideal to watch the sunrise. The bedroom is fitted with wooden shutters, interiors are layered with natural fibres, making a calming earthy palette. Featuring a King-sized bed with woven cane headboard, Gio Ponti rattan chairs and a wall hanging from Ibiza-based Ibal Studio. The bedroom also has a wooden desk and vintage leather campaign chair, as well as a beautiful en-suite fitted with a sunken bathtub.

Suite 2 – A 62 sqm room that is flooded with light throughout the day from the traditional finca-style covered west-facing terrace. The bedroom has been fitted with an Art Deco-style cane King-size bed and headboard, a jade-green velvet Arflex sofa and wood coffee table. The private lounge area features floor-to-ceiling arched windows with south-facing views, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower.

Suite 3- Enjoys sunset views across the island from its charming west-facing Juliet balcony. A 28 sqm en-suite with shower. Fitted with a King-size bed and olive-green velvet headboard, crisp linens and fluffy cashmere. Decor pieces like the woven cane closet doors, a Ted Milano silk rug and the desk have been carefully chosen to compliment the space.

Suite 4- A 28 sqm light-filled King-sized room that can be turned into a twin with a large walk-in wet room finished off with vintage a De Coene cabinet. This suite benefits from north-facing forest views. The interiors feature vibrant blue ceramic floor tiles, stripped sabina ceilings, a boucle chair, kilim cushions and tribal feather artwork off set by mid-century pop art and an iconic Arne Jacobsen lamp.

Tower –

Suite 5 – Split over 2 floors, the 118 sqm room has 360-degree views of Ibiza’s countryside located in the ancient stone tower and can only accessed by a historic stone staircase. On the first floor is the light drenched bedroom with a King-size circular bed, dressed in silk, linen, Egyptian cotton and sheepskin. There is a separate secluded lounge room above with a large lounging sofa and wood coffee table. The room also benefits from a private sun-soaked roof terrace with cushioned loungers.

Garden Suites –

Both Suite 6 (60 sqm with shower & bathtub) & Suite 7 (70 sqm with shower) have King-sized beds which are located on the ground floor with private entrances and have north-facing garden views with open-air showers.

Both Suite 8 and Suite 9 are 65 sqm rooms that are located 40 meters from the main house, tucked away in the estates grounds and bathed in natural light. Featuring King-size double rooms with raised corner stone bathtubs and showers as well as private secluded west-facing garden sunset views across the valley with open-air rainforest showers. They have double height ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors, adorned in creamy natural textures and earthy tones. Intricately carved peacock Indian wardrobes, cushioned velvet headboards, smooth travertine bedside tables, leather chairs and antique ornaments make up the remaining interiors.

Outdoors – Offers sweeping views across the valley, surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, lavender-lined pathways and a spiral cacti garden. The outside space has an outdoor yoga deck and ancient olive trees that stud the traditionally built terraces, which are lit from beneath at night. Clustered around an ancient Ibicencan stone mill is a multi-level pergola that offers endless living, dining and lounging spaces for friends to gather and feast between the breezy indoor/outdoor spaces. The upper level of this space boasts a 16-seater dining table, fully serviced marble-topped bar, classic Josper grill and a rustic stone pizza oven. The dedicated backgammon nook and Roche Bobois chillout area add to the entertainment. On the lower level garden area you will find a firepit and Ofyr barbecue surrounded by edible fragrant native herbs, abundant sweet strawberries, wild roses and bougainvillea. The biodynamic garden follows permaculture practices, avoiding the use of any chemicals, ensuring an organic, holistic and ethical approach to farming, as well as food and nutrition.  The chillout garden is the ideal place to enjoy beauty treatments, crystal therapy and sound sessions. The outdoor space also has a grassy football meadow with primitive wooden goals and a dedicated area to play a relaxed game of pétanque. The north facing 13m oval saltwater pool is on a raised terrace, boasting panoramic views across Ibiza’s countryside. Follow the limestone sun terrace to a small children’s pool, open-air showers and a fleet of shaded Talenti sun loungers. Surrounded by lush vegetation is a pool bar and large outdoor dining pergola with woven hammocks to laze in. Hidden within the grounds of the estate is a unique soundproofed party cave complete with a vintage Willy Rizzo drinks cabinet and handmade wooden bar, fitted with high-spec DJ equipment and sound system. Built for ceremonies and gatherings, the room also works well for movie nights, guests can laze in the alcoves covered in sheepskin. In the north central area of the Spanish island of Ibiza is a small village called Sant Llorenç de Balàfia. Plenty of smaller shops line the street as well as art galleries perfect for exploring on foot. There are many smaller towns and attractions to explore on day trips.
