This luxury Ibiza villa features a 14m x 4m swimming pool overlooking the orchard. Nearby, you’ll find a Jacuzzi, a spacious al fresco dining area with a charcoal barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a sink, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. At the back of the villa, there’s a charming wooden playhouse with a sandpit – a delightful space for children to enjoy during their holiday. Adjacent to this is an outdoor cinema with ample seating; the smart TV connects to a projector, which displays films onto an exterior wall – perfect for cosy family movie nights under the stars.

Inside, the villa offers 380 m² of living space spread over two floors. The main floor includes an expansive 80 m² living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully to let in the refreshing Ibiza summer breeze. A modern, open-plan kitchen – fully equipped and with direct access to the pool area – is situated next to the living room. Additionally, there is a separate guest apartment with its own living area and bedrooms. The entire property is fitted with both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Services

• Housekeeping: 3 cleaners work 4 hours each, 3 days per week (every other day). Towels changed 3 times per week (every other day), Linen changed once per week (midweek).
• Gardener: comes every day, twice a day, early in the morning and at 6pm – to feed the horse (which is close by the house), and to check the swimming pool. He also checks the orchard to pick any of the ecological fruits and vegetables that are ready for the clients (including watermelons, potatoes, peppers and others).
