This incredibly 5-double bedrooms luxury property also has a jacuzzi and is part of a 10 hectares old wine farm, which is now under restoration, immersed in the Douro Valley.

Entrance: The open space concept living areas of Quinta da Bouça are divided between entrance and living room by a quadruple-sided fireplace that not only warms up the area during winter months. In the ample hallway, we find white-painted bookshelves entirely covering the wall and two designer chairs.

Living Room : it is situated on the left side of the entrance hallway and boasts the incredible modern fireplace that creates an intimate corner boasting a sumptuous contemporary sofa and large flat screen Smart TV.

On the left side of the living room there is a large dining table that sits 8 guests, ideal for group dinner parties.

Kitchen: the kitchen is carefully separated by the living area with a half-eight partition counter with three stools that also serves as worktop and is perfect for having quick meals and drinks.

Guest half-bathroom: there is a bathroom with a sink and a WC accessible from the living area at the guests disposal.
