The outdoor terrace is fully furnished for relaxed living and entertaining, while the interiors are styled in fresh whites, soft blues, and lilac tones to reflect the coastal setting.

The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, full HD LED TV with free cable, a washing machine and dryer, electric blinds, and a comprehensive alarm system. The open-plan living spaces extend onto both east- and west-facing terraces, offering spectacular views of the coastline, beach, village, and the fishing boats below.

On the entrance level, a welcoming hallway with a staircase connects the lower and upper floors. This level features two front-line ocean-facing bedrooms, each with a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room, and separate dressing room.

On the first floor, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an American-style double fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen flows into a contemporary living and dining area designed for relaxed beachside living, complete with a flat-screen TV and dining space for eight guests. To the left, the master suite offers a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bath and shower room, standalone bathtub, and a separate dressing room.

On the lower floor, there is an additional bedroom with a large double bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite shower room, and separate dressing room. This level also provides direct access to the property’s enclosed parking area.
