The property is close to the picturesque fishing village of Santa Luzia and the historic old town of Tavira, just a few miles along the coast.

The beautifully preserved Ria Formosa Park stretches for 60 km along the Algarve coastline. A sanctuary for over 200 bird species, it also boasts breathtaking views of white sand beaches, estuaries, and marshes. The villa’s gardens gently slope down to a tidal lagoon where fishermen moor their colourful boats. Guests have direct access from the villa to the pier, as well as to scenic running and cycling trails. A private boat is available to take guests from the pier to a secluded, white sand beach.

The Villa rental comprises an exclusive residence that can accommodate up to 12 people in a total area of 500sqm – ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a beautiful and private retreat. Each house has its own private furnished terraces, garden, barbecue area, and a heated pool. Surrounded by views of the park and sea, the grounds are rich with fig trees, umbrella pines, lavender, and rosemary. Guests can enjoy a tranquil breakfast amid the scent of jasmine and lavender, relax in outdoor lounging areas, and take in the serene surroundings.

Together, the two houses span a total area of 500m² and offer terraces with panoramic sea views from every room. There are six bedrooms in total. Elegantly furnished and well-equipped throughout, the villa also features a library filled with books for guests to enjoy.

Outdoor activities at this luxury Algarve villa include hiking, cycling, birdwatching, and various water sports. Two stand-up paddleboards and three kayaks are also available for guests’ enjoyment.
