The interiors are beautifully decorated and exude a clean-beach vibe. The five ensuite bedrooms and the large open-space living areas are all on the same floor and offer stunning views of the sea. The living area has direct access to terrace and well-manicured gardens and the outdoor dining area with a BBQ, where you will host enchanting dinner parties.

The house spreads across two floors connected via stairs. On the ground floor we have the living areas and the bedrooms, while the stunning terrace is located on the first floor.

The entrance opens on the hallway, where we find four of the five bedrooms. At the end of the long corridor, we enter into a bright and spacious living space that comprises the kitchen, dining and the sitting area.

Living area: The large dining table sits up to 10 people and is located in the right corner of this space.

The cosy sitting area is opposite the kitchen and boasts a comfortable sofa and armchair, a TV and a coffee table.

Kitchen: the spacious modern American kitchen is well-equipped with the most modern amenities and a large floating working top with a hob and a side with four chairs that can also be used as breakfast table.

At the opposite end of this bright room, there is a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table.

Both sitting areas have access to the outdoor dining space via two large glass sliding doors.

Guest Bathroom: A half-bathroom with a WC and sink is located between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 1:  In the hallway, it is the first room on the right and boasts a double-bed (180×200), a wardrobe. Its en-suite features a shower has view on the entrance patio of the villa.

Bedroom 2: In the hallway, it is the first room on the left and boasts a double-bed (180×200), a wardrobe. Its en-suite features a shower has view on the entrance patio of the villa.

Bedroom 3: on the right side of the hallway, this spacious bedroom offers two single beds (90×200) convertible into a double, desk and a wardrobe. Its ensuite offers a shower.

Bedroom 4: on the left side of the hallway, this bright bedroom offers two single beds (90×200) convertible into a double, a desk and a wardrobe. Its ensuite offers a bathtub.

Master Bedroom: It is adjacent to the living room offers a double size bed (180×200) and ensuite bathroom with a very spacious shower and has access to the outdoor dining patio via glass doors and boasts dramatic views of the sea.

Outdoors highlights

Outdoors dining area: this terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the sea and boasts a a large dining table and is equipped with a barbecue.

Swimming pool Deck: The swimming pool is lined with sunloungers and an outdoor shower. In front of the pool, the large well-manicured garden overlooks the coast.

Jacuzzi Terrace (70mq): The lovely terrace on the roof boasts a *jacuzzi and a large sitting area that sits up to 12 people. Please note that the jacuzzi can be heated upon request with the payment of an extra fee.
