Built at the turn of the 20th century and used as a family summer home for nearly 80 years, the villa is now a listed historical building and a well-known landmark on the Armação de Pêra coastline.

Moorish influences – such as geometric designs on the shutters and ceilings – reflect the region’s rich history. Although the property has been renovated, it retains many original features, including wooden flooring, a spectacular staircase, and antique chandeliers.

Despite its central location and luxurious interiors, the secluded villa offers a unique and authentic holiday escape. In the main house, a spacious kitchen opens onto the living and dining area, which leads to a beautiful terracotta terrace set in a stunning seafront location. The terrace offers direct access both to the beach and the historical town centre, combining the traditions of the Algarve – from the charming historic church square it overlooks, to the vibrant flavours of the beachfront restaurant located just below.

The villa now features a brand-new 8 x 3 m outdoor heated pool with a sun terrace. There is also a wellness area complete with a treatment room and sauna.
