Situated at the centre of the traditional old village of Salema, the property is made up of two quaint fishermen’s townhouses, which have been linked together, yet maintaining the existing typical structural design, and with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach.

At the front of House 2, there is a ground floor terrace in a in a spectacular setting overlooking the beach. It is furnished with a table and chairs for four people, sun beds and sunshade, and a barbecue. House 1 can be accessed from here, across a small alley, of just 3 metres. There is also a rooftop terrace lined to House 1 via a glass bridge. The two bedrooms are on the ground and first floors of House 1, while the main living area is in House 2. Both Houses have kitchens. Other amenities here include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is also a lift linking the two floors at House 1. House 1: First Floor

Master bedroom with absolutely stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean right in front, with king size bed, TV, en-suite shower room, electric curtains. Access to the rooftop terrace of House 2 is via a glass bridge.

House 2:

Fully facing the beach, House 2 features a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Open-plan living room and dining area with table and chairs for six people. The large living area has a TV, electric blinds and curtains.
