This very elegant rental property in the Algarve is built around a central courtyard and spread over 3 levels, with a rooftop swimming pool (9m x 3m, can be heated) as well as various terraces from where you can enjoy skyline vistas over the surrounding town, all the way to the Ria Formosa estuary. There are excellent cooking faciliities, including two fully-equipped kitchens and a BBQ area. The property is ideal for a retreat as it features a rooftop yoga deck (capacity for 16 + teacher), meditation room and two massage/treatment rooms.

Recently refurbished using local craftsmen and artisans to retain its traditional architectural style, the thick walls, tiled or wooden floors, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans, all add to the character and comfort here. There is a total of 12 double bedrooms, 9 of which can be made up as twin beds on request. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with walk-in shower, and in one, with an additional free-standing bath). There is under-floor heating and ceiling fans throughout, as well as Wi-Fi.

There are no televisions – however on request, a home cinema can be set up in the library for a special movie night. The salt treated rooftop pool with roman steps (9 x 3 meters) also has a terrace with both sun loungers and poolside shade.

Olhão is a charming town with cobbled streets, leading down to the waterfront, just 10 minutes away from the villa, where you will find fresh food markets, as well as a choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Beaches on the islands of Armona, Culatra, Farol and Deserta are accessible by a small regular ferry service which runs from the waterfront (just 150 m from the markets).

Please note: Our prices exclude any local tourism tax introduced in Olhão. This tax is payable separately by guests. As of 1 October 2025:

• Winter (1 Nov – 31 Apr): €1 per person per night
• Summer (1 May – 31 Oct): €2 per person per night
• Maximum of 5 nights. Rates may increase for 2026/27.
