This very elegant rental property in the Algarve is arranged around a central courtyard and spread across three levels, offering a peaceful and spacious retreat with beautiful skyline views over the surrounding town and stretching all the way to the Ria Formosa estuary.

At the heart of the property is a rooftop salt-treated swimming pool (9m x 3m, which can be heated), complete with Roman steps, sun loungers, and shaded seating areas. Multiple terraces throughout the property provide ideal spots to relax and take in the sweeping views.

The property has excellent cooking facilities, including two fully equipped kitchens and a dedicated BBQ area, making it well suited for group stays and private gatherings.

Designed as a true wellness retreat, the property features a rooftop yoga deck with capacity for 16 guests plus an instructor, a dedicated meditation room, and two massage and treatment rooms.

Recently refurbished by local craftsmen and artisans, the property retains its traditional Algarve architectural character, with thick walls, tiled and wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans throughout, all contributing to its comfort and charm.

Accommodation consists of a total of 12 double bedrooms, 9 of which can be configured as twin beds on request. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one also features a free-standing bath.

The property is equipped with underfloor heating, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi throughout. There are no televisions; however, a home cinema setup can be arranged in the library on request, perfect for a private movie night experience.

Olhão is a charming town with cobbled streets, leading down to the waterfront, just 10 minutes away from the villa, where you will find fresh food markets, as well as a choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Beaches on the islands of Armona, Culatra, Farol and Deserta are accessible by a small regular ferry service which runs from the waterfront (just 150 m from the markets).

Please note: Our prices exclude any local tourism tax introduced in Olhão. This tax is payable separately by guests. As of 1 October 2025:

• Summer (1 May – 31 Oct): €2 per person per night
• Maximum of 5 nights. Rates may increase for 2026/27.
